H1B visas applications for the 2011 H1B cap can be filed starting from April 1st onwards in conjunction with the USCIS filing and processing period opening
For H1B employers and job seekers, expect and plan for a busier and faster H1B 2011 visa season:
Private Sector employment increased steadily during 2010. The economy is recovering with companies that were holding back watching for stabilization now starting to plan growth strategies with new employee hiring. Consumer confidence in the market is rising. Many Companies that were blocked from sponsoring in 2009 and 2010 due to receiving 'bailout' money from the Government can start sponsoring and filing H1B visas again in 2011.
The primary H1B sponsorship and visa filing indicators are looking a lot more positive for 2011.
Plan ahead and be prepared. The main H1B sponsorship recruitment and hiring season is now. Be ready to file visas in April.
